Right of Withdrawal
This page contains information about withdrawal and cancellation rights for consumers. Statutory rights depend on your country of habitual residence and apply only where mandatory consumer protection law grants them.
1. European Union / Austria
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or Austria, and you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services within 14 days without giving any reason. These rights do not apply to business customers.
1.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, unless the right of withdrawal expires earlier under the conditions described below.
1.2 How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

1.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not be charged any reimbursement fees.
If, in a particular case, you have expressly requested that a service starts during the withdrawal period and then withdraw before full performance, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided, where permitted by applicable law.
1.4 Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Services: The right of withdrawal expires only after the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with your prior express request and confirmation that you understand the withdrawal right may be lost upon full performance.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: The right of withdrawal expires when performance begins, but only if you have expressly consented to the start of performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your withdrawal right.
For consumers in the EU/Austria, the right of withdrawal may expire only under the legal conditions described above.
No automatic waiver or loss of rights applies. Where the law requires prior express consent, acknowledgment, or an express request for performance during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires or a proportionate amount becomes payable only if those legal requirements have been fulfilled.
1.5 Model Withdrawal Form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may fill out this form and send it to us:

Name of consumer: [your name]
Address of consumer: [your address]

2. United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your cancellation rights are governed by applicable UK consumer law. Where mandatory UK law grants a cancellation right, that right applies in accordance with those rules.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under UK law.
3. Other Countries / Non-EU
If you are a consumer outside the European Union/Austria and outside the United Kingdom, any cancellation or withdrawal rights depend on the mandatory consumer laws of your country, state, or province of residence.
Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, purchases of digital services are generally final once the service has started.
